'Which Way' is a peppy song about a fella who lets his gal just walk all over him time and time again - can you imagine...a crazy gal in Park City? As always, thanks to The Animal Farm Music (London, UK).

'The Cowboy's Funeral Songs' was crafted to show the audience the feeling when the rough-and-tumble types gather and sing for our lost friends. It was written and recorded in Park City with Corbin's pedal steel done in Nashville. Mixed and mastered at McKay Studios in Nashville.

Thank you for listening to our music. If you like our style, please join the Mountain Town email list (via MailChimp). I send out 1 email per month with show dates/etc. Our audience refers to it so that they can really make an evening of the shows. Besides the good ol' tip jar, a wonderful way to support our band is through the subscription service Patreon. It's a way to contribute $5, $20 or $50 per month to our efforts. 100% of the money goes toward creating and performing music.
Mountain Town brings you what they call “Americana Music from Utah” with heartfelt and entertaining solo performances as well as multi-member configurations to match the venue. The sound is grounded in traditional country music with influences derived from bluegrass and roots music - yearning pedal steel with rhinestone emblazoned suits that compliment the superb storytelling of a folk singer. Band leader and composer Dr. Jon has been a performing artist for 3 decades and was also "the town dentist" in Park City, Utah (the Mountain Town) for more than 20 years. He writes about the history and the people that make up mining towns of the West.
